摘要 近代广府侨乡因大量侨汇资金的输入而形成具有"消费型"特征的经济社会。基于侨乡地区社会、经济、文化的"消费型"特征,广府侨乡村落民居建筑文化展现出鲜明的文化特色,实现了传统民居形式向近现代民居形式的巨大转变。广府侨乡民居建筑的营建过程、建筑本身的空间特性及审美文化特性,以及建筑的使用等三个方面的转变,表征了广府侨乡的华侨观念转变和侨乡社会转型。 By receiving overseas remittance, the society of Guangfu ing towards a consumer model in modern times.
