摘要
卫生士官是军队卫勤力量的重要组成部分,担负部队基础卫生工作。我校首次承担卫生士官培训任务,针对学员文化基础弱、入学目的不同的特点,在战场救治教学过程中实施教学内容模块化、教学手段多样化、小班化教学、强化实践操作、多区段考核等措施,并就今后的教学改进提出相应对策。
Medics play a very important role in military medical supporting forces who take on lots of basic work of medical units. It was assigned to us to train the medics for the first time this year in our university. To enhance the teaching effect of the course named first aid in battlefield, a series of mea- sures were taken including modularizing the teaching contents, diversifying the teaching means, dividing students into some groups, strengthening the practice and examinations based on the traits of the medics and so on. At last, some countermeasures were put forward aiming at the process of teaching.
