Measurement Uncertainty of Ferulic Acid in Chaixinbiminkang Capsule

目的对高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸含量的测量不确定度进行分析,以找到影响不确定度的因素,为质量标准的制定提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定柴辛鼻敏康胶囊中阿魏酸含量,简化不确定度来源,评估不确定度。结果标准不确定度结果为1.29%,含量测定结果为0.107 5±0.002 8mg/g。结论测量不确定度为阿魏酸限量标准的制定提供科学依据。

Objective To find out the effect factors of uncertainty by analyzing the uncertainty of measurement in determination of ferulic acid by HPLC and provide the evidence to evaluate the measurement. Methods Determinate the ferulic acid in Chaixinbiminkang capsule by HPLC; The causes and effects were simplified and uncertainty was appraised. Results The uncertainty result was 1.29% and the result of content was 0.1075±0.0028 mg/g. Conclusion The method is applicable to set the limit of ferulic acid content. The establishment of the methodology of the uncertainty evaluation is important for the quality control of Chinese traditional medicine.
