不同手术方式对剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠的临床效果

Clinical analysis of two operative methods of treating cesarean scar pregnancy

目的探讨剖宫产疤痕妊娠(CSP)的手术治疗方法。方法对安徽省立医院行子宫疤痕妊娠的手术治疗的患者26例,8例经阴道子宫疤痕妊娠病灶切除术为研究组,另外18例经腹子宫疤痕妊娠病灶切除为对照组,对两组的治疗结果进行对比分析。结果经阴道子宫疤痕妊娠病灶切除术患者的出血量、术后并发症率、术后住院天数、手术时间明显少于经腹部子宫疤痕病灶切除术患者。结论经阴道瘢痕妊娠病灶切除术是一种很好的、安全、简单、有效的治疗方法,具有创伤小,出血少,恢复快的优点,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective to evaluate the operative methods of the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods The clinical date of 26 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy in Anhui Provincial Hospital from Jan. 2009 to Oct. 2012 were analyzed respectively. Among 26 cases ,8 cases of vaginal cesarean scar pregnancy debridement surgery were experimental groups and 18 cases of abdominal cesarean scar pregnancy debridement surgery were control groups. Results The bleeding during operation, complications, admission times, operational times in experimental groups were less than those in control groups. Conclusion The vaginal cesarean sear pregnancy debridement surgery is a safe, simple, effective therapeutic method. It shows less damage, less bleeding during operation and rapid postoperative recovery.
