摘要
目的通过干预诱导大鼠雌激素紊乱来观察髁突形态学变化,试图为探讨髁突特发性吸收(ICR)发病机制找到可能的切入点。方法 6周龄有正常动情周期的雌性SD大鼠30只,平均分为三组:灌胃避孕药给药组、环磷酰胺诱导卵巢早衰模型组、空白对照组。分别在实验前、实验第15日及实验第12周检测血清雌二醇浓度。实验结束光镜观察髁突组织学变化。结果实验第15天及实验第12周卵巢早衰模型组血清雌二醇明显降低;避孕药给药组在灌胃第15日血清雌二醇水平无明显变化,第12周其血清雌二醇浓度显著降低。避孕药给药组髁突软骨层厚度减少,骨小梁排列杂乱,髓腔增大;卵巢早衰模型组髁突软骨层厚度排列紊乱,厚薄不一,骨小梁排列明显杂乱且结构疏松,髓腔明显增大。结论避孕药对年轻雌性大鼠髁突软骨成骨有干扰作用;卵巢早衰可以导致髁突发生一定的退行性变化。提示:ICR可能是雌激素干扰所诱导的髁突形态学变化。
Objective To observe condylar morphology change by estrogen interference in order to establish the animal model of condylar idiopathic absorption(ICR). Methods Thirty female SD rats aged six weeks were divided into 3 groups:lavage contraceptive drug group, cyclophosphamide induced premature ovarian failure group and control group. The serum levels of estradiol were respectively determined not only before experiment, but also on the 15 th day and 12th week. After the end of the experiment, histologic observation of the condylar was performed by using light microscopy. Results On the 15th day and 12th week,the serum levels of estradiol were significantly decreased in the premature ovarian model experiment group;on the 15th day,no obvious change was found in the lavage contraceptive drug group,but the serum levels of estradiol were obviously decreased on the 12th week. In the lavage contraceptive drug group, thickness of condylar cartilage decreased, trabeculae clutter and medullary cavity increased. In the premature ovarian failure group, thickness of condylar cartilage was arranged disorder, trabeculae clutter and medullary cavity increase clearly. Conclusion Contraceptive therapy may destroy osteogenesis of condylar and premature ovarian failure may result in osteoarthrosis of condylar. Estrogen interference may induce ICR.
