摘要
高校图书馆作为高校的辅助部门,在执行其服务职能的过程中不可避免会产生一些馆员与读者之间的冲突。真正用心地去为读者服务,从而提升服务质量,消除工作中的不和谐因素,促进图书馆和谐发展。
There are interpersonal conflict in vocational college libraries service. The staff of livararies should serve readers promote sympathetic wholeheartedly, so as to improve the service quality, eliminate disharmony in work, and atmosphere of the library.
