Simple Discussion on Current Situation and Development of Higher Vocational Education

高等职业教育区别于普通高等教育和中等职业教育,培养技术技能型专门人才是其人才培养目标。沿用传统的教育模式、校企合作层面化和教师科研积极性不高是高职高专院校普遍存在的问题。产学研结合,是使教育更紧密地贴近生产和科技的发展,是高职高专院校发展的必由之路和重要的指导性方向。

Higher vocational education is different from general higher education and Secondary vocational education, with the target to obtain qualified skilled expertise. Follow with traditional education mode, lower level of school - enterprise cooperation and lower research initiative of teachers are common problems in higher vocational education field. Combination of learning with research and production could make education become more closer to production and technology development, which is the only way for the development direction of higher vocational education.
