作为一名合格的高校辅导员应不断的学习进步,提高自身的文化修养与素质。只有自身具有较高的综合素质和扎实的业务理论水平才是从事辅导员这项工作的基础。
A qualified college counselor should keep learning to become more literate and professional. It is necessary for a counselor to have high overall quality and solid professional theoretical level.
