摘要
新的劳动合同法从2008年1月1日正式实施以来,备受各界关注,法律条文中存在有争议的地方,其中的"无固定期限劳动合同"争议最为激烈,是学界讨论的热点问题。无固定期限劳动合同对于稳定劳动关系具有重要意义。文章通过对无固定期限合同的相关法条进行了相关分析,消除误判误读,阐述其意义所在。
The new Labor Contract Law has been formally implemented from January 1, 2008. It has aroused widespread concern since its implement. In the controversial legal provisions, non - fixed term labor contract dispute is most intense, and hot issues in the academic field because it has great significance for the stability of labor relations. Through the related ordinance of non - fixed term contract this paper analyses to eliminate misreading and states its significance.
