建设美丽乡村 农村历史建筑保护利用的实践与思考

杭州市现存具有保护价值的农村历史建筑1万余处.包括民居、祠堂、寺观、商铺、作坊、牌坊、桥梁等.不仅数量和种类多.且很多建筑体量高大.用材考究.雕刻精湛.具有较高的文物价值.杭州市七县市历时三年.斥资4个亿.不同程度修缮农村历史建筑3200余处.并对修缮后的历史建筑利用进行了积极的探索.其中宗祠类历史建筑的利用尤为可圈可点.如打造衬级文化活动中心、开辟农家书屋、创建村级居家养老服务中心、建设民俗陈列馆.开辟传授科技知识的乡村课堂及让祠堂发挥传统的族群团拜用途等等.在新农村建设的背景下.农村历史建筑保护与利用的这种探索,很值得探讨。

There are over 10,000 rural historical buildings of high conservation value in Hangzhou,including dwellings, ancestral temples.Buddhist and Taoist temples,stores,workshops,memorial archways,bridges and so on,which are not only in large amount and with a large variety,but also with magnificent size,made of elegant materials, exquisite carving skills,and of high historical value.It took 3 years and 400 million RMB to renovate over 3,200 historical buildings in seven counties of Hangzhou.Active exploration of the utilizaton of historical buildings after renovation was made,among which the utilization of ancestral temples was remarkable.With the development of New Rural Construction,it is worthwhile to explore the preservation and utilization of rural historical buildings.
