摘要
利用文献分析法探索利于绩效改善的医院文化的多维特征。结果表明,在精神层应具备人本取向、长期取向、风险取向、团队精神取向、弱等级取向、勤勉取向;在制度层应具备规范化取向、标准化取向、人力资本化取向、执行力取向;在外显层应具备医生高满意度、患者高满意度、良好社会形象。
It is essential to explore the multidimensional characteristics of the hospital culture by analyzing numerous docu- ments, which are conducive to the performance improvement. The findings show that the hospital culture is human capital- ization-oriented, long term-oriented, risk-oriented, teamwork-oriented, lower class-oriented and hard work-oriented in terms of its spirits. In terms of its institutions, it is standardization-oriented, human capitalization-oriented and execution- oriented. And the characteristics of the hospital culture such as the high doctor and patient satisfaction and the good social image are helpful to performance improvement.
