摘要 目的探讨白酒炮制中药在髋关节置换术后患者止痛效果。方法将40例髋关节置换术的患者随机分为2组,实验组20例在手术后用白酒炮制的中药粉包扎在置换后的关节处,观察组20例用混合镇痛剂处理疼痛,分别于术后不同时间检测红细胞变形指数、D-二聚体指数、疼痛指数等参数的变化,从而观察中药在髋关节置换术后的止痛效果。结果在切变率为50、100、200(s-1)时,实验组和对照组红细胞变形指数术后比较,差异有统计学意义。在术后1 d和术后3 d时测量D-二聚体比较,2组数据也有统计学差异(P<0.01),而疼痛指数刻度变化比较则无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论白酒炮制过的中药能改善患者血液的红细胞变形指数、D-二聚体指数和疼痛指数,对髋关节置换术后快速恢复有积极意义。 Objective To investigate the effect of processed traditional Chinese medicine in hip replacement. Methods 40 patients who received hip replacement were randomly divided into two groups. Processed traditional Chinese medicine were bandaged on the hip joint of 20 cases in the experimental group, while 20 cases of the observation group were given mixed analgesics. And changes of the red cell de- formability index, D-dimer index, and pain index were observed at different time after operation in order to observe the Acesodyne effect. Results When the shear rate was 50,100,200 ( s- 1 ), there were statistical differences between the two groups and D-dimer index at 1 day and 3 day after operation were of singnifieant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). But there was no obvious difference in terms of the change of pain index ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Processed traditional Chinese medicine could improve the red cell deformability index, D-dimer index, and pain index, and it can relieve postoperative pain with less complications. It is of positive significance for quick recovery.
