儿童全白内障两种手术方法的疗效比较
摘要
在儿童全白内障手术中，由于儿童晶状体前囊膜弹性大，连续环形撕囊操作困难，尤其是先天性全白内障患儿晶状体皮质乳化，撕囊时大量皮质溢出会影响术野，造成前囊膜撕除不完全及组织粘连等。本文报道应用超声乳化仪前段玻璃体切割系统进行前囊膜环形切除的结果。
