摘要
[目的]研究60Co-γ射线辐射对红星凤梨酶的影响。[方法]用不同剂量的60Co-γ射线辐射处理整株红星凤梨后,测定其M1和M2代叶片的酶活性。[结果]红星凤梨M1代经辐射后,其SOD活性在20 Gy处理时降低,而其他处理均比对照有所增加;CAT活性在10、40 Gy处理时略减少,而在20、80 Gy处理时增加较大;POD含量除20 Gy处理外,其他处理均比对照提高8.16%~69.79%;所有处理的PPO含量与对照相比均有所提高,且随处理剂量的增加而增加,其中80 Gy处理时上升的量最多。除20 Gy处理外,经不同剂量辐射后红星凤梨M2代几种酶的活性基本均增加。[结论]红星凤梨M1代的辐射差异效果更大,60Co-γ射线辐射剂量与PPO活力呈极显著正相关。
[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of 60Co-γ ray radiation on some enzymes in Guzmania lingulata.[Method] G.lingulata was radiated by different dosages of 60Co-γ ray and the activity of some enzymes in leaves of M1 and M2 generations was determined.[Results] After the M1 generation of G.lingulata was radiated,the SOD activity of the 20 Gy treatment decreased,while the activities of other treatments were higher than control;the activity of CAT decreased slightly in the 10 Gy,40 Gy treatments,while in the 20 Gy,80 Gy treatments increased greatly;except of the 20 Gy treatment,the contents of POD in other treatments were all higher than that of control by 8.16%-69.79%;PPO contents of all treatments were higher compared with the control,and increased with dosages,with the most content in 80 Gy treatment.Except of the 20 Gy treatment,the enzyme activities in M2 generation of G.lingulata treated by different dosages of radiation were increased.[Conclusion] The effects of radiation in M1 generation of G.lingulata were larger than M2 generation.It was significantly positive correlation between 60Co-γ radiation dosages and the activity of PPO.
