Application of Modern Analytical Technology in Pesticide Residue Detection of Agricultural Products

摘要 主要阐述了在农产品中主要残留农药的分类,对农药残留的常用检测技术以及最近的典型研究成果进行了综述,并评价了不同检测分析方法的优缺点。 The classification of the main pesticide residues in agricultural products was elaborated,the common detecting technologies and the latest typical research achievements were reviewed,the advantages and disadvantages of the various detection methods were evaluated.
