摘要
长期以来,B2C电子商务企业一直在物流规模效益难实现、自建物流成本高、外包物流难控制这三大困境下运作和管理物流活动,物流危机的出现不可避免。站在B2C电子商务企业的角度,从订单处理、物流运作主体、物流资金、物流设备和物流人才这几方面具体研究其物流危机的类型、后果、根源,并据此提出相应的危机管理策略。
In this paper, from the perspective of the B2C c-commerce enterprise, we studied specifically the classification of the common logistics crisis susceptible to them from the aspects of order processing, logistics operational agent, logistics capital, logistics equipment and logistics talent as well as their causes and consequences, and then accordingly proposed the management measures.
