摘要
分析了目前我国物流市场准入法律制度建设中存在的问题,即立法层次较低导致的系统性和协调性不够、对于现代综合性物流市场的准入存在法律空白、物流市场准入的法律导向不明确以及对于外资物流主体进入市场的规制过于严格等,针对这些问题提出了健全和完善我国物流市场准入相关法律体系的建议和对策,以期能够提高物流市场主体的整体资质和竞争力,进而推动物流产业持续健康发展。
In this paper, we first analyzed the problems existing in the construction of the logistics market access related legal system in China and then accordingly proposed the suggestions and countermeasures for its improvement in a bid to increase the overall qualification and competitivity of the agents in the logistics market.
