摘要
从大型体育赛事物流供应链战略目标分析、赛事需求、供应链的潜在需求不确定性分析、供应链的成本-反应能力曲线分析、供应链与大型体育赛事物流需求的匹配分析入手,论述了大型体育赛事供应链模式、供应商选择评价、供应链规划建议。
In this paper, starting from the strategic objective,sports event demand,supply chain demand uncertainty analysis, cose-response curre of the supply chain and the match-making of supply chain and sports event logistics demand,we introduced the supply chain model of large-scale sports events, the evaluation of their suppliers and the suggestions for supply chain programming.
