摘要
对旅行社在旅游供应链中地位作用的演化进行了分析,指出在信息技术网络化背景下旅行社与旅游供应商、旅游消费者相比其地位和作用正在逐步受到削弱和边缘化,接着分析了旅行社地位作用弱化给旅游供应链运作所产生的影响,最后得出旅行社在旅游供应链中的核心地位应该得到重新确认和塑造的结论,并从旅游消费者、旅游供应商以及旅行社自身素质提升等方面提出了实现这一目标的相关建议和策略。
In this paper, we analyzed the evolution of the status and function of the travel agency in tourism supply chains, pointed out that it had been compromised and marginalized, as compared with the travel supplier and consumer, by information technology and network, then analyzed the influence of the weakened status of the travel agency on the tourism supply chain, and finally concluded that the integral status of the travel agency in the tourism supply chain should be reaffirmed and reshaped.
