摘要
深水立管在水流的作用下容易产生涡激振动,会加速立管的疲劳破坏,需要采取适当的措施抑制深水立管涡激振动,采用涡激振动抑制装置是一种有效的措施。涡激振动抑制装置的抑制效率需通过试验进行验证,而全尺寸的海上试验能够最大限度地模拟实际立管的各项性能。针对涡激振动抑制装置的抑制效率进行了全尺寸的海上试验模拟,采用了国际上先进的监测装置,试验顺利激出3阶模态涡激振动响应数据,试验结果表明抑制装置的抑制效率达到80%以上。
The deepwater riser which generates vortexinduced vibrations(VIV) easily in the action of flow will accelerate the riser fatigue damage,so,appropriate measures have to be taken to restrain deepwater riser vortexinduced vibrations.To ensure the riser to run safelys,a suppression device can be used to reduce the VIV response.The suppression efficiency of the suppression device should be approved in test.Nowadays,such tests,especially full scale offshore tests,are still the best way to get the efficiency of the suppression device.The full scale offshore tests of VIV suppression device have been done by using the international advanced monitoring device and have induced 3-modal responses of vortex-induced vibrations.The tests have verified that the suppression efficiency of the suppression devices is more than 80 percent.
