摘要
在海底管道安装或维修过程中,有时需要对已铺设的管道进行起吊作业,管道起吊分析是这一作业的关键过程。针对结构较复杂的双层管,为了确定合理的双层管起吊分析方法,指导海上起吊作业,文中使用有限元分析软件SUSPEND和OFFPIPE,并采用双层管和等效单层管两种模型对管道起吊分析方法进行了研究和比较。结果表明:采用SUSPEND软件进行起吊过程分析时,等效单层管模型计算结果更准确,并与OFFPIPE软件计算结果相吻合;采用OFFPIPE软件进行管道起吊分析时,等效单层管模型和双层管模型计算结果一致,均可用于双层管起吊过程分析。
During the installation or repair of submarine pipeline,sometimes it is necessary to lift the laid pipeline and the analysis of the lifting operation is a key process.For determining a scientific and reasonable lifting analysis method in accordance with pipe-in-pipe with a complicated structure,this paper conducts the pipeline lifting analysis by using finite-element analysis software,SUSPEND and OFFPIPE.In addition,the results from two simulations,pipe-in-pipe and equivalent single-layer,are analyzed and compared.SUSPEND simulation results show that,compared with the pipe-in-pipe simulation,equivalent single-layer simulation results are more reliable and accurate,and agrees well with OFFPIPE analysis results.OFFPIPE analysis results reveal that these two simulations results are consistent,and can be used in pipe-in-pipe lifting analysis.
