洪荆原油管道添加减阻剂增输试验 被引量:3

摘要 随着荆门石化年加工能力的提高,洪荆原油管道的输送能力不能满足生产需求。为此,在管道中添加了HG减阻剂,以降低管内摩阻压降。通过对沿程水力摩阻损失计算,确定了增输的"瓶颈"管段,选择在洪湖首站出站管道加剂,针对不同加剂浓度,对比输量变化,计算出增输率和实际减阻率。结果表明:在不改变原有现场工况条件下,加注减阻剂能显著提高管道的输量,并确定了最佳加剂浓度为30 mg/L. The processing capacity of products increases in Jingmen petrochemical company,which obviously is limited by the transportation capacity of Hong-jing crude oil pipeline.However,HG DRA injection in pipeline can deduce the friction pressure drop.The "bottleneck" pipe of the throughput increasing is determined through the hydraulic friction loss calculation,which is in the first station at Honghu.The increasing input rate and the actual reduction rate are calculated under the different additive concentrations,compared with the change of throughput.The results show that when the existing site conditions do not change,DRA injection can significantly improve pipeline throughput and determine that the best injection concentration is 30 mg/L.
