摘要 现场补口是保温工程的薄弱环节,已有因补口失效而导致整条管线失效的案例。因此,加强补口质量控制是保证工程质量的重要环节之一。为满足玻璃钢外护保温管现场补口的工程需要,提出了一种新型大口径玻璃钢外护保温管现场补口的施工工艺,并结合现场补口的实际情况,从补口用原材料、现场补口施工工艺等方面,介绍了补口过程中需要注意的质量控制要点,以保证补口质量及工程质量。 Joint coating is the weak link of thermal-insulation works.Such case as the whole line does not work because of the disabled joint coating have occurred.So,to enhance the quality control of joint coating is one of the important links to ensure the project quality.A new kind of joint coating construction technology used for directly berried insulation pipes outer casing of glass fiber reinforced plastic with large diameter is proposed to meet the need of project.Quality control points in the construction process are also presented in combination with the actual process,including the aspects of raw materials,joint coating construction technology etc.The quality of joint coating the project quality can be ensured accordingly.
