摘要
湿气管道内腐蚀直接评价方法(WG-ICDA)是独立的内腐蚀评价方法,不依赖智能检测器、水压试验和在线检测。在美国腐蚀工程师协会2010年颁布的"湿性天然气管道内腐蚀直接评价"标准的基础上,阐述了该方法的4个步骤,对影响WG-ICDA的关键因素进行定性分析。建议加强湿气管道内腐蚀直接评价方法的工程实际应用,有利于补充内检测方法,完善管道完整性管理,提高湿气管道内腐蚀的预防和维修水平。
Wet gas internal corrosion direct assessment methodology for pipelines(WG-ICDA) can be used alone as a main assessment method for internal corrosion.It does not depend on intelligent pigs,pressure testing or ILI.Meanwhile,the method of WG-ICDA is introduced.The standard of wet gas internal corrosion direct assessment methodology for pipelines is promulgated in 2010 by NACE.On this basis,its scope and purpose have been discussed,four steps of this method expounded,and the key factors affecting this method analyzed.It recommends the method to be applied to engineering practice,and it will perfect internal inspection methods and integrity management,improve the preventive management and maintenance for the internal corrosion of pipeline.
