摘要
具有自旋取向电子的半金属材料其能带结构呈现金属性。自旋电子学的物理知识是研究半金属铁磁体材料的性能与应用的基础。半金属铁磁体材料是一类新型的功能材料,具有特殊晶体结构的Heusler合金,因有着较高的居里温度、较低的骄顽力和良好的结构稳定性尤其引发关注。用半金属铁磁体材料制作自旋阀和巨磁电阻器件有着良好的应用前景。
Energy band structure of half metal with electron spin has the metallic charac- teristics. Physics knowledge of spin electron are important for researching on the half-metal- lic ferromagnets in properties and application. Half-metallic ferromagnets are considered as new kinds of functional materials due to their special crystal structure with high Curie tem- perature, low coercive and structure stability. Device of spin valves and magenetoresistance prepared by halfmetal has the prospective properties in promising application.
