我院呼吸内科门诊抗菌药物使用情况分析

Analysis of antibiotics utilization in out-patient respiratory department of our hospital

目的通过抽查我院呼吸内科门诊处方,了解我院门诊呼吸内科门诊处方中抗菌药物的使用情况并反馈给临床,促进抗菌药物合理使用。方法抽取2010年全年呼吸内科门诊处方11988张,统计抗菌药物处方比例、品种、联合用药情况,并进行分析。结果应用抗菌药物处方9986张,占总处方数的83.29%,其中抗菌药物使用不合理处方4359张,占含抗菌药物处方数的36.35%。结论通过处方点评,我院呼吸内科门诊抗菌药物应用情况有所好转,但仍需按照《抗菌药物应用指导原则》,结合本院具体情况制定抗菌药物实施细则,加强抗菌药物管理。

Objective To find out the actual situations of antibiotics utilization in out-patient respiratory department of our hospital through checking out out-patient prescriptions and then share with clinic doctors,so as to facilitate the proper use of antibiotics. Methods All out-patient prescriptions of respiratory department in 2010 was selected,totally 11988 prescriptions; and its use rate, categories,combination of antibiotics were analysed statistically. Results Among 11988 prescriptions,9986 included antibiotics （83. 29%） ,in which 4359 were irrational use of antibiotics（ 36. 35%） . Conclusion The situation of antibiotics utilization among out patients in respiratory department has changed a lot after pharmaceutical intervention. Anyway,hospitals should enact regulation and reinforce its management according to The Principle Guidelines of Antibiotics Utilization.
