摘要
目的了解社区医院女性医务人员职业倦怠情况,探索相关影响因素,为进一步开展教育干预措施寻找有效途径。方法参考马斯勒倦怠感量表自制调查问卷,选择不同地区的社区医院进行随机调查。结果共收回有效调查问卷218份,年龄、职称、工龄和学历的不同表现的职业倦怠状况的差异有统计学意义;情绪衰竭、情感疏远与心理健康状况呈正相关,降低效能与心理健康状况呈负相关。结论社区医院女性医务人员的职业倦怠程度较高;年龄、职称、工龄和学历均对职业倦怠的某几个维度产生影响。
Objective To learn about the situations of the female medical workers burnout and explore the impact factors for intervention in the production of medical staff burnout to find effective ways,while exploring the medical students for early intervention burnout. Methods Structured questionnaires including Maslach Burnout Inventory ( MBI-GS) ,chose different levels of hospital staff after a random survey. Results 218 valid questionnaires analysis showed that the medical staff job burnout and fatigue tend to attain to higher proportion,there were significant difference among age,the title of a technical post,somatic health and hurtful habits of the physicians. Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were positively correlated with mental health. Personal accomplishment was negatively correlated with mental health. Conclusion The female medical workers rank a high risk of job burnout. there were significant difference among age,the title of a technical post,somatic health and hurtful habits of the physicians.
