慢性肾功能衰竭继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的治疗进展 被引量:6

摘要 继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)是慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的常见并发症之一,多见于肾小球滤过率(GFR)〈80ml/(min·1.73m2)3个月以上的患者[1],此时机体内的钙、磷及活性维生素D的代谢发生紊乱,SHPT是机体对以上物质代谢紊乱发生的适应性反应。50ml/min≤内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)〈70ml/min时,甲状旁腺激素(PTH)增高,Ccr〈50ml/min时PTH可明显增高,PTH的升高程度与肾功能衰竭程度密切相关。
