依法执政是中国共产党在总结历史经验的基础上作出的重大决策,先后经历了新民主主义革命时期、解放后到改革开放前和改革开放后三个阶段的探索。

In accordance with the law-based governance is the major decision made by the Communist Party of China. This policy decision is made by the basis of summing up historical experiences. The law-based governance was made basically gone through three periods of the new democratic revolution, after the liberation to before the reform and opening up, and reform and opening up.
