计费管理作为网络管理的5大功能之一,是保证网络正常运行不可缺少的重要部分。讨论了现有各种主要网络计费方式的原理和应用场合,设计了一种具体的基于网络流量的计费方案。基于侦听的流量采集技术和WinPcap技术,设计数据采集、数据分析、数据存储及计费查询等模块,实现了动态费率、分类费率等功能。系统交互性好、实用性强,能有效提高网络计费管理准确性、可靠性。

Accounting management as one of the five network management functions is an important and indispensable part to ensure the normal operation of the network.Firstly,This paper discusses the existing main principle and application scenarios of network accounting way and designs a specific accounting scheme based on network traffic.Secondly,the data acquisition,data analysis,data storage and billing query module based on listening traffic acquisition technique and WinPcap technology are designed,which can realize the dynamic fee rate,classified fee rate.The accounting system is good interactive,strong practicability,which can effectively improve the network accounting management.
