顾客价值理论的回顾及对我国市场营销的启示 被引量:2

摘要 顾客价值的概念自被提出就受到了学术界的高度关注,目前仍是研究的热点之一。文章根据顾客价值模型时间性质将其分为了静态和动态两种类型,探讨了顾客价值在网络经济时代的新发展,并对未来的研究趋势进行了展望。
