摘要
自愈是实现智能电网的重要标志之一。基于运行状态评估提出了智能配电网自愈控制系统。建立了智能配电网自愈控制体系,重点分析了实现自愈控制所涉及的基础理论和关键技术;提出了包含系统运行状态和本地运行状态2个层级的运行状态评估;基于运行状态评估实现了可进行快速/局部控制的自愈控制系统,并注重协调系统与本地元件的控制;对不同运行状态下的控制,则注重对安全性与经济性的充分协调。
Self-healing is one of the important symbols in Smart Grid. Self-healing control (SHC) system for smart distribution is proposed based on operation state evaluation, the basic theory and key technology are analyzed. The self-heating system of fast/local control is realized, emphasizing coordination control of system and local element. The SHC synthetically consider security and economy in different operation state.
