摘要
《老子》一书中首先承认了语义传播的局限性,提出了施行"不言之教"的传播思想,并使用了象征性意义的传播符号。在沟通的境界方面,提倡以"德信"为传播的前提,即:唯德是从、信言不美、善言不辩。在个体内向的传播方面,《老子》提倡虚极静笃、柔弱处下的方式,而在组织传播中则认为要持"自然无为式"的理念。
Book Laozi first admits the limitation of semantic spread,proposes the spread ideas of carrying on wordless teaching, and uses the transmitted symbols of symbolic meaning. In the state of communication ways, the book advocates "virtue and faith"is the premise of communication, namely:depending on the mo-rality,faith words are not beautiful, kind words don't argue. On the side of individual transmission, the book advocates the way of extremly empty and static Benedict, respecting everybody. And the concept of "natural inacton"shb.uld be holded in organizational communication.
