Effects of Water Abstracts of Armadillidium Vulgare on Coagulation System

目的:研究鼠妇水提物(water abstracts of Armadillidium vulgare,AVW)对凝血系统的影响。方法:观察AVW连续灌胃对小鼠凝血时间、出血时间及家兔凝血酶原时间、优球蛋白溶解时间的影响。结果:AVW灌胃可延长小鼠凝血时间与出血时间,同时还能缩短家兔优球蛋白溶解时间(eugloblin lysis time,ELT)。结论:AVW具有较好的抗凝血及促纤溶作用,提示其中含有具有此类药理活性的有效成分。

Objective： To investigate the effects of AVW （water abstracts of Armadillidium vulgate ） on coagulation system. Methods： To study the pharmacological effects of AVW by coagulation time （CT）, bleeding time （BT） in mice and Pro- thrombin time （PT）, euglobulin lysis time （ELT） in rabbits. Results： The results showed that po AVW significantly prolonged CT and BT in mice, shortened ELT in rabbits. Conclusions： It is suggested that the decrease of ELT and increase of CT might be contributed to the potent thrombolytic effect of AVW.
