耳鼻喉科局部麻醉手术并发疼痛的护理

Nursing Experience of Local Anesthesia Pain Concurrent Operation in the Department of ENT

目的:探讨护理干预在耳鼻喉科局部麻醉手术并发疼痛的作用。方法:选择我院2011年6月-2012年11月120例耳鼻喉科局部麻醉手术患者,随机分为2组:对照组60例施行常规手术护理,干预组60例除施行常规护理外,对疼痛采取有针对性的护理干预,现在对两组的护理结果进行比较分析。结果:干预组在术中基于疼痛因素,对患者施行综合护理干预,患者疼痛程度平均呈1-2级下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进行耳鼻喉科局部麻醉手术病人的术中护理时,需要术前的充分心理干预,术中熟练、有条不紊的专业操作,对病人的人文关怀,配以术中合适的背景音乐,使病人在术中的疼痛降到最低水平,使患者消除紧张情绪,平静的度过手术期。

Objective： To explore the effect of reducing the pain of ENT local anesthesia surgery by nursing intervention. Methods.. Choose 120 ENT local anesthesia surgery from June 6, 2011 to November 2012 in our hospital, randoraly divided into 2 groups： Con- trol group 60 cases take routine care. Intervention group 60 cases take targeted nursing for pain and conventional nursing. The two re. suits was retrospectively analyzed. Results： The degree of pain in Intervention group average decline in level 1 or 2. There were significant difference in the two groups after intervention （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions： A sufficient preoperative preparation a and a good psychological intervention, enough humanities concern and intraoperative appropriate background music, can make patients in perioperative pain to a minimum level, eliminate the patient emotional tension and make it smooth during operation period.
