银离子烧伤抗菌敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡20例的护理

Experience of Nursing 20 Cases of Diabetic Foot Ulcer with Silver Ions Burning Antibacterial Dressings

目的:通过对银离子烧伤抗菌敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡的护理,为临床对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗提供护理经验。方法:对20例wagner分级为Ⅰ级8例,Ⅱ级12例银离子烧伤抗菌敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者的护理,总结护理方法和注意事项。结果:20例患者,Ⅰ级8例1周内溃疡均痊癒;Ⅱ级12例20天内痊愈。结论:银离子烧伤抗菌敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡效果明显,但治疗过程中取得病人的合作和注意足部卫生等护理措施可明显提高疗效。

Objective： By nursing the diabetic foot ulcer with silver ions burning antibactenal uresslngs, experiences are provided. Methods： 20 cases are divided into 8 cases of wagner level I , 12 cases of wagner level II . Conclusions are made. Results： 8 cases are cured in ulcer in 1 week; 12 cases are cured in ulcer in 20 days. Conclusions： silver ions burning antibacterial dressings are effect in treating diabetic foot ulcer and better while with the cooperation from the patients as well as paying more attention to the feet hygiene.
