摘要 目的:介绍一起工作场所空气中1,2-二氯乙烷的检测,防止气相色谱法测定过程中的定性错误。方法:通过改变气相色谱仪的测定条件及用气质联用的方法,对样品进行再测定,达到准确定性的目的。结果:应用气相色谱法对1,2-二氯乙烷及乙酸丁酯进行测定,在保留时间上完成重叠,必须通过更换不同极性的柱子或气质联用仪的方法进行鉴定。结论:气相色谱仪在样品的定性上有一定的风险,宜通过不同的条件进行再测定,提高实验结果的准确性。 Objective: To introduce a determination of 1, 2 - Dichloroethane in the air of workplace so as to prevent qualitative misjudges during the determination by Gas Chromatography. Methods: By changing the determination conditions of the gas chromatography and applying GC - MS, the samples are redetermined to achieve exact qualitative determination. Results: Determining 1, 2 - Dichloroethane and Butylacetate by Gas Chromatography, the RT are overlapped completely, so we must exchange different pillars or determine by using GC - MS. Conclusions: There are risks in applying Gas Chromatography to the qualitative determination of the samples. In order to improve accuracy, redeterminations in different conditions are necessary.
