Main Features of the New Rules of Skills of Martial Arts and Their Influence on Skill Development

随着竞技武术套路运动项目的快速发展,武术套路竞赛规则也在不断的改革和修正,2003年出台并实施了试用武术套路新规则内容。新规则指出一方面要以创新武术运动项目的竞技性和观赏性为主体,另一方面对新型武术技术发展的影响也是强而有力的。以2003年试用新规则为主要研究资料,并与改革前1996年的武术规则版本进行了对比分析,从武术套路技术发展的角度出发指出了改革后的新规则所具有的主要特点,以及对未来武术运动项目将产生的深远影响。

With the rapid development of the skills of martial arts, the rules of those competitions have been reformed and revised. The new rules had been executed in 2003 which required the competitiveness and the enjoyment of the sight, at the same time, they had forceful influence on new techniques of martial arts. The new rules of 2003 are the main resource of analysis, and they are compared with the rules of 1996. It shows the main features of the new rules and the future influence on martial arts.
