地下车库的钢筋混凝土裂缝防治实践

地下室裂缝对建筑物的质量危害很大,不仅因渗漏影响使用,且裂缝在长期荷载及地下水压、土压力作用下会加深加大,会降低结构的耐久性。论文结合工程实践,针对地下室混凝土的特点,提出了通过从设计方面、混凝土配比设计以及施工工艺等方面采取措施来防治裂缝的产生,以确保混凝土的施工质量。

The cracks of basement have great harms to buildings.not only influence Use due to the leakage,but also would deepen increase under the action of water pressure,soil pressure.It will reduce the durability of structures.Based on the engineering practice,characteristics of concrete in the basement,the author put forward the preventive measures by the construction design,the concrete mix design,and construction technology etc.to prevent cracks and ensure the concrete construction quality of the basement.
