摘要
宝钢由610HFW机组于2008年初首次成功拓展了Ф508mm外径的X70高钢级管线管。2011年批量承接矿浆输送用X70出口管线工程。基于宝钢高频电阻焊X70管线产品一贯制生产工艺的设计和开发，以及对以往试制工艺的改进，成功生产和交付出高品质HFW焊管产品，为宝钢生产高钢级矿浆输送用管线管产品工艺和性能的优化奠定良好基础。
Baosteel have successfully developed Ф 508mm X70 grade pipeline for the first time in 2008. X70 ore slurry pipeline have been produced in batch for an export project in 2011. Basing on the design, development and improvements of integrated manufacture technologies for X70 HFW pipeline in baosteel, high-quality HFW pipe products can been successfully product and delivered. It has lay a good foundation to the production process and performance optimization of high grade ore slurry pipeline products by baosteel.
