摘要
针对厚钢板出现的表面裂纹问题,通过宏观形貌、化学成分、金相组织、扫描电镜等方法,分析了产品实物,同时进行了生产工艺调查和分析,认为铸坯缺陷和加热、轧制环节不合理是导致钢板表面裂纹的主要原因,在此基础上,提出了整改措施,从而大幅降低了裂纹产生率。
In this article, surface cracks of the thick steel plate were analyzed through the macroscopic morphology, chemical composition, microstructure, scanning electron microscopy and other methods. Meanwhile, the production process was also investigated. The results showed that billet defects and unreasonable heating, roiling steps were main causes for surface cracks of steel plate. The rate of crack was greatly reduced by taking some improvement measures.
