莱钢120t转炉冶炼高磷铁水技术研究

摘要 介绍了莱钢炼钢厂在冶炼高磷铁水过程中的一系列技术改进,通过研究开发全留渣预热石灰冶炼技术,在无脱磷预处理的条件下,成功地解决了高磷铁水冶炼过程中钢水磷成分控制问题,转炉脱磷率达到85.18%。 This article described series of technological improvements in the process of smelting high phosphorus hot metal in Laiwu steel. Through the research and development for whole slag-remaining operation and preheating lime smelting technology, it successfully solved the control problem of phosphorus content in the smelting process without dephosphorization pretreatment. The dephosphorization rate reached 85.18%.
