2012年贵州省碘缺乏病实验室川盐外质控考核结果分析

Analysis on national external quality control result for Sichuan's salt in Guizhou province in 2012

目的:了解贵州省各级疾控机构实验室的川盐检测能力。方法:采用国家碘缺乏病参照室提供的川盐考核盲样对各级疾控机构盐碘检测能力进行考核,用氧化还原法检测,检测结果用(参考值±不确定度)进行评价。结果:省级和7个市(州)级实验室盐碘考核合格,22个县级实验室盐碘考核合格率为63.6%。结论:省级及市(州)级疾控机构川盐检测水平和能力相对稳定,县级疾控机构川盐检测技术需进一步加强。

Objective：To study the Sichuan＇s salt detection ability in guizhou province different CDC laboratories,Methods： The blind salt form NRL were tested by oxidation-reduction method,and the testing results were evaluated with reference value ± uncertainty.Results： The provincial and prefecture level laboratories were qualified in the proficiency testing.At the county level,the qualified rate was 63.6%.Conclusions ：The testing ability at provincial and prefecture level laboratories were relatively stable,the detecting techniques should be strengthened at the county level.
