情景模拟在优化护理流程中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of scenario simulation in nursing procedure optimization

目的 探讨情景模拟在优化护理流程中的应用效果.方法 对我院117名外科护士进行情景模拟培训,培训前后发放患者对护士工作评价表、护士自我评价表评价情景模拟培训效果.结果 对护理人员实施情景模拟培训后,患者对护士工作满意度由90.2％提高到96.3％,差异有统计学意义（x2=141.78,P＜0.01）；通过情景模拟培训后护士对自我工作的评价也较前提高,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 在护理流程中应用情景模拟的培训方法,能提高护士临床解决问题的能力,使其学会换位思考,促进患者遵医行为,提高患者满意度.

Objective To discuss the application effect of scenario simulation in nursing procedure optimization.Methods To make the scenario simulation training to 117 surgical nurses in our hospital,before and after the training patients＇ satisfaction rating form and nurses＇ self-evaluation were provided to evaluate the effect of scenario simulation training.Results After scenario simulation training,patients＇ satisfaction on nursing improved from 90.2% to 96.3%,and the difference was statistically significant （x2 =141.78,P 〈0.01）.Nurses＇ self-evaluation also improved after training,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions The adaption of scenario simulation in nursing procedure optimization can improve nurses＇ ability to resolve clinical problems,teach them about change-place-reflect,promote patients＇ compliance and improve their satisfaction.
