一种无光耦隔离的低成本、小体积LED驱动器

An Optocouplerless Isolated Low Cost and Small Size LED Driver

摘要 近年来,LED照明得到越来越广泛的应用。大功率LED驱动器除具有恒流和功率因数要求,小体积、低成本也是其发展趋势。提出一种无光耦两级式高功率因数LED驱动器,前级为隔离式无光耦功率因数校正(PFC)变流器,后级为恒流源直流-直流变流器。相比单级PFC结构的LED驱动器,两级式高功率因数LED驱动器中间级母线电压纹波要求较低,因此中间级母线电容容量可以大大减小,而且由于省去了光耦元件和副边电流检测、反馈和放大电路,无论从驱动器结构还是布线上都得到了较大简化,成本和体积均有所减小。在理论分析的基础上,分别构建了用于T10LED灯管的基于单级PFC结构的LED驱动器样机和基于提出的无光耦两级式高功率因数LED驱动器样机,样机功率为16W。实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。 LED lighting is more and more popular in recent years. Besides the requirements of constant current and high power factor (PF) for high power LED driver, small size and low cost are also the development trends of LED driver. An optocouplerless two-stage high power factor LED driver is proposed in this paper. The first stage is an optocouplerless isolated PFC converter and the second stage is a constant-current controlled non-isolated DC/DC LED driver. The Optocoupler and the secondary amplifier circuit of first PFC stage can be removed. Besides, the output capacitance of the PFC stage can be reduced due to the low output ripple voltage requirement and acceptable wide input voltage range of the secondary stage in the two-stage LED driver. Hence the circuit structure of the proposed optocouplerless two-stage high power factor LED driver is much simplified, and its size and cost are reduced greatly. A prototype LED driver for 16W T10 LED tube lamp was built up to verify theoretical analysis and experiment results.
