突发性重金属废水污染事故处理茵剂的开发 被引量:1

摘要 本实验研究了实验室筛选、融合得到的高效重金属吸附工程菌的天然、无毒害固定化方法.研究表明海藻酸钠包埋菌剂具有圆形颗粒状包囊微观结构,利于最大量的包埋细菌和为重金属的渗入提供良好的通透性。1%的海藻酸钠作为固定化我体固定工程菌能得到具有较好物理性质和吸附能力。当投加量为40g/L(湿重,含水率为95%)时,对15mg/L的含铬模拟污水吸附8h去除率可达98%,活性炭作为调理剂可以提高铬的吸附速率。Cr高效固定化吸附菌剂的吸附动力学符合准二级吸附动力学方程。
