摘要
对轨道电路分路不良的成因进行了研究,对分路不良带来的安全风险进行了分析,提出了采用技术管理、过程控制、协调共保3种手段来解决分路不良的新思路。
The causes of Bad Shunting of track circuit are studied and the safety risk of bad shunting was analyzed. Furthermore, we put forward a new idea to solve bad shunting in term of technology manage- ment, process control, and coordination of coinsurance.
