血清乳酸脱氢酶与胃癌分期的关系 被引量:7

Relationship between serum level of lactate dehydrogenase and clinical stage of gastric cancer

摘要 [目的]探讨乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)与胃癌分期之间的关系。[方法]检测不同分期胃癌患者及健康对照者血清LDH值的变化,探讨其与胃癌及胃癌分期之间的联系及机制。[结果]胃癌患者组血清LDH[(314.32±7.45)U/L]明显高于正常对照组[(199.47±4.67)U/L],P<0.05,胃癌Ⅳ期患者LDH值[(352.76±8.03)U/L]较Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者LDH值[(297.17±13.03)、(301.68±6.24)、(313.15±9.16)U/L]明显升高(P<0.05)。[结论]远处转移的胃癌患者的LDH水平明显高于未发生远处转移的患者,LDH检测可用于胃癌转移状况的辅助诊断方法和病期判断的指标。 [Objective]To investigate the relationship between serum level of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and clinical stage of gastric cancer. [Methods] Serum LDH level of 63 patients with gastric carcino- ma was detected preoperatively during 2000 to 2009 in our hospital. [Results]Serum LDH level in cancer patients was higher than normal control groups (314. 32 ±7.45 vs 199.47±4. 67). In all cancer patients, TNM rv stage was significantly higher than other groups (352.76±8.03 vs 297.17±13.03,301.68±6.24 and 313.15±9.16). [Conclusion]Our data show that serum LDH level is an important prognostic factor of distant metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
