详细介绍了有关广播电台技术系统建设方面的一些内容。通过汲取中央台三层技术区改造实施过程中的经验教训,提出所建设的系统能否正常工作运转,与系统技术方案的制定、设备选型、土建施工过程管理、设备安装调试、系统切割、运行等环节密不可分,进而说明广播电台录播控系统的建设一定要把控住系统设计和工程质量两个方面,以避免播出相关事故的发生。
The relevant aspects of broadcasting station technology system construction in details are described. Drawn lessons from the rebuilding of the three-tier technology zone of the central station, it is put forward that whether the constructed system can operate normally is closely related to the formulation of a technical scheme, equipment selection, construction process management, equipment installation commissioning, system cutting, trial operation and so on, and it is further de- scribed that the construction of a complete set of recording and broadcasting control system must control two aspects inclu- ding system design and engineering quality, in order to avoid broadcast -related accidents.
