为保证硅烷交联聚乙烯粒料具有最佳稳定的质量和满足客户高要求,主要介绍采用六西格玛管理方法对硅烷交联聚乙烯造粒工艺进行优化,提高硅烷交联聚乙烯的性能,提高生产过程能力,降低性能的波动性。
In order to ensure the best reliable quality of the silane crosslinked polyethylene granules and meet the high requirement from customers,the six-sigma management method is used to optimize the granulating process of silane crosslinked polyethylene,so as to improve the properties of it,to improve the capacity of its production process,and to reduce the volatility of its performance.
